Whey Powder (Gagarinkonservmoloko LLC)

Description

Whey powder is a whey-based product produced by condensation with subsequent drying by means of a spray drying unit. This is a free-flowing, not hygroscopic product with no slumping ability. The whey proves to be good as raw material used in the manufacturing of mixed feed and whole milk replacers; the product is easy to process and great to use for blending with other components of a mixture. It satisfies the physiological needs of animals for lactose, protein with high biological food value, contributes to proper physical development and yields meaningful results in weight gain by growing stock.
