Description

Cheese whey powder is a whey-based product produced by condensation with subsequent drying by means of a spray drying unit. This is a free-flowing, not hygroscopic product with no slumping ability. 

Whey powder is used for:

Colour: From white to light-yellow.

Scope of application

  • In dairy products industry for manufacturing of spreads, sour cream products, cottage cheese and cottage cheese products, yoghurts, ice-cream, condensed milk, melted cheese, beverages;
  • In mixed feed industry for manufacturing of feed for live-stock animals, including milk replacers;
  • In meat preparation and preservation industry for manufacturing of cooked sausages, sausage links, bockwurst sausages as dry milk replacer;
  • In confectionary and bread making industry for manufacturing of confectionery products, bread and flour products, chocolate spread, candy filling and various icings;
  • In oil and fact industry for manufacturing of mayonnaise and fatty sauces;
  • n perfume and pharmaceutical industry for manufacturing of various shampoos, creams, masks, pharmaceutical products.

Packaging:

  • Multi-layer craft bags with a polyethylene liner, net weight 25 kg,
  • Big-bags 1 ton.

Shelf-life

12 months from the date of manufacture provided that the package is intact and the required storage conditions are met.
